    Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we will be accepting insurance, we are currently getting credentialed with the major insurance carriers in Arizona. We are also accepting fee-for-service, Please see home page for fee schedule.

    Yes, you will be sent a series of forms, once you make your appointment. Please fill out all paperwork before visit.

    Cancelation Policy

    For our cash payers, you will be required to enter your credit card information when booking a visit with us. If you are to cancel your visit, please give at least 48 business hours notice, unless, your credit card will be charged in full. Payments will be due at the time of service.

    Will you provide a “Super Bill” or Billing Statement if I pay in cash?

    YuWellnes can provide you with a billing statement or Super Bill, then you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, but some insurance companies will reimburse up to 60% of the visit. If you would like support submitting claims, you can use https://getbetter.co/, an app designed to submit out-of-network health claims on your behalf.

    How do I get my medications refilled?

    Prescriptions will be written with enough medication to last until your next appointment. It is expected that you will not need telephone prescription refills. Urgent refill requests may take 48 hours to process. 

    What medications do you expect to be prescribed through YuWellnes Telepsychiatry

    We use SSRIs and SNRIs to treat mild to moderate anxiety and depression. 

    Common SSRIs are – Citalopram (Celexa), Escitalopram (Lexapro), Fluoxetine (Prozac), Paroxetine (Paxil, Pexeva), Sertraline (Zoloft).

    Common SNRIs are – Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Effexor (venlafaxine)
