We do not prescribe controlled substances such as benzodiazepines (ie. Xanax, Ativan) or stimulants (ie. Adderall, Ritalin)..
YuWellnes Telepsychiatry offers its services to individuals aged 18 and above residing in all nine states of the United States. These services cater to those who suspect they may be undergoing depression (including MDD, PPD, PMDD), Bipolar II, anxiety, phobias, OCD, panic disorders, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), and/or insomnia and believe they would benefit from treatment.


However, remote care may not be suitable for individuals with specific conditions or circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  1. Ongoing, high-risk self-harm behavior.
  2. Schizophrenia or any symptoms associated with psychosis.
  3. Certain cases of Bipolar Disorder I or acute mania.
  4. Severe substance abuse problems.
  5. Medically unstable eating disorders.
  6. Kidney or liver disease, seizures, or cardiac arrhythmias 

Please note that our providers do not prescribe controlled substances. If you identify with any of the aforementioned conditions, it is advisable for you to seek in-person consultation with a Primary Care Provider who can assist you in finding the most suitable treatment option.
