Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

YuWellnes is credentialed with major insurance carriers in the state of Arizona. We are also accepting fee-for-service if you do not carry any health insurance. Please see below for fee schedule

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation $189 for 1 hour

Psychiatric Follow Up / Medication Management Visits are $ 89.
